How we think this blog will work

Hi, this is Tim and Debbie Bishop. We’re new at this, so please bear with us. We are both 52 years old, live in New England, and have decided that it is about time that we biked across America while we are still able to do so! We decided this very shortly after deciding to get married, in fact merely minutes after as the idea simply could not be denied its just due under our unfolding circumstances. Please sign our guest book and then return to read more. We also welcome any and all fruitful comments. We anticipate posting entries, including photos, no more frequently than daily and no less frequently than weekly, as we are able. Our intention is to share the experience with family, friends, and any others who may have some interest, so please grab a Dr. Pepper, cup of tea or coffee, hot chocolate, or whatever your pleasure, and read on…

  1. We found you! Hadn't heard (but been fishing) that you got underway ... have a super fun and safe adventure!

By the way, the "couch" is still sitting by the dumpster!! Marilynn said we should take a picture for old times sake, and we just may ... never know.

We will be checking on your progress. Take care (and think downhill, never uphill!)

  5. Heals down, bring'em around... circles, circles, circles. Remember to enjoy the Columbia gorge scenery as it will be gone before you know it.

  7. OK, it's confirmed, I'm a blogging fool. I've posted a couple of comments, but can't find them...if at first you don't succeed....
So... love the trip updates, I look forward to your stories everyday! Maybe I'll leave today from the East Coast and meet you half way. Or maybe not. Keep up the good work!
